Investment at Orton Hall Hotel

An investment of over £1.75 million at Best Western Orton Hall Hotel, Peterborough was recently completed with the opening of the Courtyard Leisure Club – the final element of a three phase development started in the summer of 2007.  Eight executive bedrooms and a new conference and banqueting facility – The Orton Suite, opened in November 2007.

“Well worth the wait” said  Martin Goodliffe, the hotel’s general manager, when the Courtyard Leisure Club opened to hotel residents and local members in July. Adjoining is the main pool, and poolside is the spa bath, sauna, steam room and the experience completed with a mini-gym.

The complex has been built in the Courtyard set between the hotel’s old Coach House (now bedrooms and lounge) and the Ramblewood Inn, the hotel’s pub, originally the Hall’s 300 years old stable block.
